About the Opportunity
At The Hemmings Group, we help business owners uncover hidden costs in their group benefits plans.
Your role is simple:
- Start conversations
- Book qualified meetings
- Get paid per result

Compensation (Performance-Based)
- $75 per qualified appointment
- Hit 30+ appointments in a month → ALL appointments pay $100 (retroactive)
Earning Examples:
- 20 appointments = $1,500
- 30 appointments = $3,000
- 40 appointments = $4,000
- 50 appointments = $5,000
- 60 appointments = $6,000
- 70 appointments = $7,000
- 80 appointments = $8,000
- 90 appointments = $9,000
- 100 appointments = $10,000
No cap. No ceiling.

Who This Is Ideal For

What You’ll Be Doing
- Making 100–200 outbound calls per day (based on your schedule)
- Booking qualified appointments with business owners (Le are provided by the firm)
- Following a proven script and system
- Tracking activity in our CRM
- Improving daily through repetition and feedback
