What You'll Do:
- Help customers with questions and concerns
- Assist with billing, payments, and services
- Help resolve customer issues
- Work to keep customers happy and prevent cancellations
What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Friendly and positive personality
- Great communication skills
- Patient and helpful
- Comfortable talking on the phone
- Basic computer skills
- Customer service experience is a plus, but personality matters most!
Details:
- $12+/HR
- Remote / Work From Home
- Paid training
- Equipment provided
- Temp-to-hire
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day
- Hours fall between 8:00 AM–6:30 PM PST, 7 days a week
