Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales to provide informed recommendations.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Promote upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
