E-commerce Marketplace Executive – Full Time
E-commerce Marketplace Executive – Full Time, Office Based (Theale)
We are looking for an E-commerce Marketplace Executive with 1–2 years' experience to join our team on a full-time, office-based basis in Theale. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, this role is primarily focused on listing products across our marketplaces — eBay, Amazon, Shopify and Back Market — at volume and to a high standard, working across a large, fast-moving product catalogue.
About RebX
RebX is a multichannel e-commerce retailer specialising in refurbished and new consumer electronics, selling across eBay, Amazon, Back Market, Shopify and other marketplaces. We run a large and constantly changing product catalogue across multiple sales channels, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, competitive pricing and using technology — including AI tools — to run lean and scale fast.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and list products across eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Back Market and other marketplaces — this is the core, day-to-day focus of the role.
- Build accurate, complete listings: titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing and EAN/UPC information, to a consistent standard across thousands of SKUs.
- Perform bulk listing creation and edits using CSV files and marketplace bulk-upload tools.
- Use StoreFeeder and BaseLinker to list and manage products across multiple channels from a single workflow.
- Research current marketplace prices and competitor listings to price new and existing listings competitively.
- Update pricing and stock levels across listings as products, margins and market conditions change.
- Manage and update product data in Microsoft Excel, including bulk edits across large batches of SKUs.
- Identify listing errors, missing information and marketplace compliance issues and correct them promptly, keeping the catalogue clean as it grows.
- Monitor listing performance and flag opportunities to improve visibility, sales and conversion rates.
- Work closely with purchasing, warehouse and management teams to keep listings and stock information accurate as new inventory comes in.
- Assist with resolving marketplace listing restrictions, suppressed listings and other account-related issues where required.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
- 1–2 years' experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, particularly with eBay and Amazon
- Proven experience creating and managing product listings at volume — comfortable listing and maintaining thousands of SKUs, not just occasional individual listings
- Experience with WMS/multichannel management platforms such as StoreFeeder and BaseLinker
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel — sorting, filtering, formulas, data manipulation, large spreheets
- Previous experience creating, editing and uploading CSV files for bulk marketplace listing
- Experience carrying out competitor and marketplace price research, with a good understanding of pricing products competitively against margins and market conditions
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) daily to support listing creation, data cleanup and research
- Highly organised, accurate, and comfortable working through high volumes of listings
- Strong attention to detail, especially when listing at scale
Desirable:
- Experience with Shopify and Back Market
- Experience using dedicated price research tools
