Experienced Baker
We are looking for a skilled and motivated baker with experience to join our busy bakery in central London.
- Working as part of a busy team on a regular rota, on early bake shifts and afternoon prep shifts
- Laminating croissant to a high and consistent standard.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy environment in the bakery and your workstation, in line with health and safety requirements
- Decorating cakes and pastries to a high standard
- Shaping bre, pastries and doughs
- Learning new skills and techniques as part of our constantly developing range
Must be available for early starts (4am) and late finishes (9pm)
