Fulfillment Center Area Manager

Amazon is seeking an Area Manager in Missouri to lead and develop a team of 50–100 hourly associates in a fast-paced fulfillment center. You will mentor staff, manage performance, and ensure safety and on-time delivery in a hands-on, on-site environment.

Most shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays with a typical 4-on/4-off pattern. You will oversee inbound deliveries, stacking, sorting, and pallet jack operations while maintaining high standards for quality and attendance.
