Growth Lead, Food – Dubai/UAE

Careem is seeking a Dubai/UAE growth leader for Careem Food to own bottom-up planning, performance tracking, and cross-functional alignment aimed at hitting revenue targets. You will drive the growth roadmap and oversee initiatives across acquisition, engagement, and monetisation.You will lead A/B testing, cohort analysis, and lifecycle programs while coordinating with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to ensure aligned growth plans and strong commercial outcomes.
