Healthcare Data Analyst I

Job Description:

• Analyze information obtained from a variety of sources
• Conduct thoughtful and methodologically sound analyses and evaluations of data
• Interpret data and provide meaningful insights to internal and external clients and stakeholders
• Support the collection, analysis, and display of data used to inform project and team decisions
• Help translate data into useful information that supports project goals and health care improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure analytic products meet internal and external customer needs
• Partner with multidisciplinary professionals to understand project objectives and analytic needs
• Contribute analytical support to projects designed to improve health care in communities
• Collaborate with analytics and project teams to ensure appropriate data governance principles are followed
• Support the appropriate and responsible use of data throughout the analytic process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience
• 2 years of data analysis, research, and/or other relevant work experience
• Master’s degree (preferred)
• Prior work experience in health care (preferred)
