Maintenance Assistant

An opening is available for a Maintenance Assistant to join a workplace in Klerksdorp, North West. The incumbent will work closely with the rest of the team to deliver a quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, offloading and moving of materials and stock
• Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks
• Perform general manual and support duties as directed
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe
• Carry out basic grounds maintenance and general upkeep

Requirements

• Basic communication skills
• Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to work as part of a team
• ABET or Grade 10 (no formal qualification required for some posts)
