What You'll Do
Assist clients with vacation planning and travel recommendations
Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, flights, and vacation packages
Coordinate travel reservations and booking requests
Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
Stay informed on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information
Maintain accurate client records and reservation details
Build lasting relationships through excellent service and follow-up
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable using computers, online booking platforms, and email
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Passion for travel and helping others
Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel experience is a plus, but not required
