PHRN Trainer – Hospital Billing (RCM / AR)

Salary: ₱60,000 – ₱62,000 + 10% Night Differential Work Setup: Onsite – Ortigas

Schedule: Night Shift

Qualifications:

• Active PHRN License
• At least 1 year of Trainer experience in a BPO setup (Healthcare account; Clinical account preferred but not required)
• Hospital Billing experience is required (End-to-End RCM / AR)
• Healthcare RCM experience
• EPIC platform experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills

USRN Trainer – Hospital Billing (RCM / AR)

Salary: ₱85,000 – ₱87,000 + 10% Night Differential Work Setup: Onsite – Ortigas

Schedule: Night Shift

Qualifications:

• Active USRN License (New York License preferred)
• Active PHRN License
• At least 1 year of Trainer experience in a BPO setup
• At least 1 year of experience handling a Healthcare account
• Hospital Billing experience is required (End-to-End RCM / AR)
• Healthcare RCM experience
• EPIC platform experience is an advantage
• Must be amenable to onsite work in Ortigas
• Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
