Position Summary As a key member of our clinical team, you will play an essential role in delivering patient-centered MSK care through telehealth visits, asynchronous communication, and collaborative clinical discussions. This role is ideal for proactive, compassionate, and tech-savvy Physical Therapists eager to work in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment. Key Responsibilities • Conduct Physical Therapy evaluations and follow up visits via telehealth. • Provide PT diagnosis of MSK conditions using comprehensive patient information. • Manage your caseload, ensuring that patients are engaging and progressing in the program • Leverage digital tools to engage with patients outside of scheduled appointments • Collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary team members to review patient outcomes and progress. • Adhere to and help refine clinical protocols and standard operating procedures. • Participate in clinical and operational initiatives to enhance patient care.
