Remote Principal AV Behavior Safety Lead

General Motors is seeking a Principal AV Behavior Safety Engineering Lead to shape the strategy, framework, and evidence for safe autonomous driving behavior. You will influence launch decisions for GM's next‐gen automated driving products and collaborate with AI, software, validation, and vehicle programs across the organization.

You will lead the end‐to‐end development lifecycle of AV behaviors, define ODDs, and drive safety cases and validation strategies for ML-driven systems.
