Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Market Representative to join our sourcing team. This role requires market knowledge, vendor engagement, and the ability to align sourcing strategies with the company’s buying vision.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Results-driven sourcing: Exhibit strong commitment and motivation to deliver outcomes by aligning sourcing strategies with the buying vision and adapting to evolving market conditions.</li><li>Order monitoring: Track orders from placement with vendors through sample distribution, final quality inspection, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate delivery.</li><li>Effective communication: Initiate and streamline timely communication with stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary.</li><li>Vendor Management: Skilled in identifying the right partners, overseeing production processes, and evaluating supplier performance to ensure reliable sourcing and business-focused decision-making.</li><li>Buyer trip coordination: Organize and coordinate buyer trips to factories or manufacturers to strengthen vendor relationships and ensure sourcing alignment.</li><li>Negotiation: Collaborate with buyers to negotiate the best possible prices for merchandise.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum Formal education: Graduate Degree </li><li>Strong product knowledge of Soft Home.</li><li>Good Communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, problem solving, negotiation and time management skills.</li><li>Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience of which at least 2-3 years’ experience in buying office, agent, or well-known retailer catering to U.S. Market.</li><li>Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation and time management skills.</li></ul>We are an equal opportunity employer.
