Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service or repair requirements
• Create job cards and clearly explain service processes, timelines, and costs
• Coordinate with technicians for accurate diagnosis and timely service completion
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding service status and additional work
• Ensure accurate billing and explain invoices to customers
• Handle customer concerns and ensure quick resolution

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma (Automobile preferred)
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership or authorized service center

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
