Strategic SaaS Renewal Negotiator (Remote)

DocuSign is seeking a Renewal Coordinator to own a portfolio of SaaS renewal contracts in an assigned territory and drive maximum financial results while strengthening customer partnerships.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, Pricing, Legal, and Revenue Operations to optimize terms, forecast renewal risk, and identify incremental growth opportunities. This is a remote, individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Renewal Specialists.
