Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (Remote, Licensed in Wisconsin)

<p>We’re hiring remote Nurse Practitioners licensed in Wisconsin. You'd be joining a team of women's health clinicians aiming to change the way that care is delivered to prevent and screen for breast cancer.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul><li>See new and follow-up patients for telehealth visits, 100% remote</li><li>Order breast imaging and genetic testing when clinically appropriate and counsel patients on their risk and results</li><li>Practice independently, with physicians available for escalation and specialty input</li><li>Help shape clinical workflows as the company scales</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><ul><li>An active nurse practitioner license in Wisconsin (WI). Multiple state licenses or willingness to add more are a plus.</li><li>3+ years as an NP</li><li>Women’s health experience is preferred.</li><li>Telehealth experience. Startup experience is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Details</strong></p><ul><li>$57-$69/hour (1099 contractor)</li><li>At least 20 hours per week, with a flexible, consistent schedule built around you</li><li>Contract-to-hire, with a path to full-time after about 3 months if desired</li></ul>
