We are looking for a dedicated Typist to join our team on a part-time basis. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys working from home and has a good command of typing.Key Responsibilities:- Typing Documents: Accurately type, format, and proofread various documents, ensuring error-free text.- Data Entry: Input data into spreheets and databases quickly and accurately, maintaining high levels of precision.- Meeting Deadlines: Complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes, demonstrating strong time management skills.- File Management: Organize and save documents correctly in designated folders, making it easy to retrieve them when needed.- Communication: Respond to queries from team members or supervisors promptly, maintaining clear and professional correspondence.Required Skills and Expectations:- Proficient typing skills with a high speed and accuracy rate are essential. A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is preferred.- Strong attention to detail to ensure all documents are free from typos or formatting errors.- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with word processing software (like Microsoft Word) and spreheet applications (like Excel).- Good organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.- Ability to work independently and take initiative while following guidelines and instructions.- Previous experience in a typing or data entry role is a plus, though not mandatory.
